Personally
I love the character design of Fujiwara no Mokou from Touhou Project, includes
the personality and the appearance. Yeah, she is one of my favorite touhou
girls, the long white hair, the red eyes, cute face and the cool white and red outfit.
Comparing with many other girls, Mokou has simple cosplay costume, but I love
this style of clothing very much, simple but cool and cute.

looks like that any girl would become a vivid Fujiwara no Mokou as long as we
have the outfit on, because the dress is so distinctive and ceye-catching. This
touhou Mokou cosplay girl looks so cute and noticeable. She just made an epic
job.
